The TRFoundation was born from love, grief, and the kind of pain that changes you forever.

We started The Resilience Foundation in memory of our best friend Thamesh Ramjit. He wasn’t just someone we lost — he was family. His laugh, his light, the way he showed up for everyone around him. Losing him broke all of us. But in the middle of heartbreak, we knew we had to do something to honor his life. We built something that could contain our pain and carry his name forward with purpose.
This is real. We’re hurting, but we’re trying. We’re showing up for each other, for our families, and for anyone out there who’s lost someone they love.
We know the kind of pain that doesn’t go away — the kind that changes everything. At TRFoundation, we exist for the families and friends who’ve lost someone too soon. Inspired by the life and light of Thamesh Ramjit, we’re here to create real support systems rooted in love, community, and care.
Whether it’s a conversation, career guidance, or simply a shoulder to lean on, we offer grief and counseling resources to help you through the darkest moments. No one should have to navigate loss alone, and with us, you never will.
